About Me
Whether I'm contributing as an individual or a leader, my goal remains consistent: to create great experiences for both my product users and my fellow teammates. During my down time I enjoy learning new instruments and spending time outside!
Timeline
2017
It was spring-time when I got my first ever design role. It was at this small startup called Focus21 located inside Communitech with a view of an industrial but luscious courtyard 🌱. During my time there, I got to design for all sorts of startups and industries in the KW area, helping them bring their ideas to life. It was there that I learned invaluable time management and organization skills that set me up for success in future roles.
2018
I packed my bags and flew to Amsterdam, Netherlands for an internship abroad at Castor EDC. Under the leadership of Chris Pattison, I learned how a designer can apply their skills to more than just the pixels on the screen. Additionally, I experienced elements of a workplace culture that truly motivates me to excel.
2019
After 4 years of learning and many projects, I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s of Global Business and Digital Arts. As much as I enjoyed school, I was excited to step into the world of making real products with real impact 💥. Within a few months post-grad, I landed my first job post-grad at InnoSoft (now called ‘Fusion’).
2020
I was stoked to see my hard work pay off and witness the launch of my first ever 0 -> 1 product, Fusion Wave. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to contribute every step of the way and work on such a talented team.
